In my early twenties, I began a journey of healing that required releasing many versions of who I thought I was in an attempt to discover myself and gain a better understanding of the world within and around me. I’ve taken all of my experiences and findings and built a foundation of offerings that are purposeful and of great importance during this time of vast change. For the past 15 years, I’ve committed to the important work of sharing my art and my passions with the world. I believe that we praise God by living in the flow state and for me- working within the realms of music and meditation, education, spirituality, and wellness are the pillars and core tenants of my prayer. It is my honor to serve you.
